Conditions for the Reservation of pitches and lodgings

100% of the total sum of stay (without expenses) at the moment of formalising the reservation for one night and 50% for 2 nights or more. The rest will be paid at arrival.

The reservations will be confirmed when the deposit is received. On the day of arrival, a surety deposit of 100,00 € (only cash) is to be paid for possible damage or deterioration. This deposit will be repaid on the day of departure, after revising the lodging.

The prices are for the indicated number of persons that form the maximum capacity for each type of lodging, included adults and children. It is possible to accomodate one more person in a sofa bed in the bungalows Euro 4 and Choza Marismeña, for 10€ extra charge.

LCancellations: The refund of the reservation deposit will be realized as follows: With more than a month in advance, 90 % of the deposit; between 30 and 7 days in advance, 50 % of the deposit; with less than 7 days of advance, 0 % of the deposit.

Turn up: the reservation that doesn’t turn up on the intended day of arrival will be maintained during 24 hours. After that moment the reservation will be considered a cancellation, except when a written notice has been received. The arrival must take place during opening hours of the reception, from 8.00 till 22.00 o’clock.

Once installed in the lodging, no amount of the total sum of the planned stay will be refunded. On the day of arrival, the Bungalow or Mobile-home will be available for occupation from 14.00 onwards, although the check-in might be postponed for reasons of cleaning, etc… The client will make his check-in before 22.00 o’clock on the planned day of arrival and the check-out must be realized before 12.00 o’clock.

The client is obliged to know and accept the Set of Interior Rules of the campsite.

The bed linen and towels will be changed each five days.
